The Appreciation Insurance and Financial Services application is powered by NaXum Online Marketing Services, LLC. The following privacy policy governs your use of this platform:

NaXum Online Marketing Services, LLC (“NaXum,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you:

  • Use our BuilderPRO platform

  • Subscribe through mobile applications (Apple App Store or Google Play)

  • Interact with co-branded systems powered by NaXum

BuilderPRO is a platform that enables independent team leaders (“Leaders”) to provide tools, training, and systems to their members (“Members”). NaXum provides the underlying technology and infrastructure.

2. Your Relationship with NaXum

When you use BuilderPRO:

  • You are a customer of NaXum for platform access and subscriptions

  • You may also interact with a Leader’s co-branded system

  • Both NaXum and the Leader may have access to certain data as described in this policy

NaXum acts as both:

  • A data controller (for platform operations and subscriptions), and

  • A data processor (on behalf of Leaders using the platform)

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

A. Personal Information

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Mailing address (if provided)

  • Username and password

  • Profile information (including images)

  • Profile photos, uploaded files, videos, and other media content you choose to upload through the Services

  • Contact list information that you voluntarily upload or sync for prospecting, invitations, referrals, relationship management, or communication features within the platform

  • Any other information you choose to directly provide to us in connection with your use of the Services

B. Behavioral and Usage Data

  • App activity and engagement

  • Task completion and habit tracking (e.g., daily actions within the platform)

  • Leaderboard participation and rankings

  • Referral activity (e.g., “who invited who”)

  • Interaction with content and training materials

C. Communication Data

  • Emails sent and received

  • SMS messages (if opted in)

  • Push notifications

  • Customer support interactions

  • User-generated content you post, upload, submit, or share through interactive or public features of the Services, including comments, forum discussions, posts, messages, and shared content

D. Technical Data

E. Payment Information

All payments are processed through:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

NaXum does not collect or store payment card or billing information.

  • Provide and operate the BuilderPRO platform

  • Enable Leaders to manage and support their teams

  • Track referrals and attribute activity within the platform

  • Deliver content, training, and communications

  • Send transactional and marketing communications (with consent)

  • Improve platform performance and user experience

  • Analyze usage and engagement trends

  • Maintain security and prevent fraud

  • Enable contact syncing, prospecting tools, invitation systems, and referral-related platform functionality

  • Store, host, process, display, and share uploaded content and user-generated materials as part of the Services

5. How Your Information Is Shared

A. With Your Leader

If you are part of a co-branded BuilderPRO system:

  • Your Leader may access your activity, engagement, and referral data

  • This includes performance metrics, participation, and usage within their system

  • Leaders may also access content, files, videos, submissions, communications, and materials you upload or share within their co-branded system, as necessary to provide training, support, collaboration, or platform functionality

B. With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers solely to operate the platform:

  • SendGrid – email delivery

  • Google Analytics – usage analytics

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

C. Aggregated / Non-Personal Data

We may share aggregated data (e.g., number of subscribers, performance metrics) that does not identify individuals.

D. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or to:

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Protect rights and safety

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

6. What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not sell your personal data

  • We do not share your personal data with affiliates or partners for their marketing use

  • We do not store payment or credit card information

14. Leader Content and Responsibility

Leaders may upload:

  • Training materials

  • Videos

  • Messaging templates

  • Images, documents, downloadable files, presentations, and other user-generated content

NaXum provides hosting and infrastructure only and does not control or moderate such content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload, share, or distribute contacts, images, videos, files, and other content through the Services.

 

Content posted in public or shared areas of the Services may be visible to other users and may be accessed, shared, or interacted with through platform functionality.

 

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
 Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
